Yes. We love working with children! All of our carers are fully qualified including a comprehensive police and background check and a working with children’s check to work with people under the age of 18.
We do have one carer who is a registered nurse and also qualified in disability, however, this is not our primary service of care. Contact us here for more information.
Our carers/support staff are all fully qualified. We do our best to match our carers to create genuine connections and provide the best support for our clients. All of our carers have completed the COVID19 Infection Prevention and Control Certificate and follow Covid19 safe protocols. We always keep up to date with current COVID19 government rules and regulations and train our carers to ensure all shared areas are clean and safe.
At Care Factor we help NDIS participants put their NDIS care plan into action, offering customised support services for you or your loved one. Our services include community access, personal care, home care and meal prep services. We also offer support for overnight stays and day trips. You can find more information on our Services page here. For any further questions please contact us directly.
Here at Care Factor, we strive for consistency of care. We work with you to find the perfect carer that suits your needs and has some common ground, whether that be hobbies or similar interests. This allows our carers to create strong connections and enables them to give the best support and care possible.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports eligible Australians who are living with a permanent or significant disability. The NDIS allows people with a disability greater access to and control over the support and care that they receive.
For more information please visit the NDIS website.
At present, we do not offer assistance with aged care plans.
