With over 9 years of experience working in disability, our founder, Brooke, has built Care Factor out of a genuine love for people and a desire to support our local community in the South East of Melbourne with professional care.
For the utmost safety and wellbeing of those we support, our small team of qualified carers have been carefully selected for their high skills, credentials and shared values in caring. We strive to provide the best care in our local community by offering a personalised service, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
A few words from the founder...
Supporting my younger sister as she grew up with Cerebral Palsy (CP), I realised the importance of genuine care and connection. Seeing the amazing people who have helped her throughout her life has inspired me to want to help and support others.
I love exploring a person’s character and getting to know them on a deeper level and working with them towards their personal goals.
